Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Production Time
All orders are custom-made and engraved to order.
Production Time: Please allow 5–7 business days, from customer-approved award proofs, for orders under 6 awards. Additional time may be required for larger orders.
Processing and production time occurs before shipping. Orders will not ship until production is complete and customer approvals (if applicable) have been received.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship orders using UPS and other reliable carriers. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are typically 2–7 business days after production is completed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and shipping method selected.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status of your shipment.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue.
