We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 7 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product.

Conditions of Return

All of our products are custom-made and engraved to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for orders where the customer has provided incorrect information or has changed their mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or contains an engraving error caused by us, we will replace the item at no additional cost. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide details and photos of the issue. We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors, including spelling, dates, or design choices.

Return Process

To return an item, email us at sales@crystalawardstore.com with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.
