How do I place an order for crystal awards?

Can I see a proof before engraving?
Yes. We provide an award proof for approval before engraving begins so you can confirm the layout and text.


Is engraving included in the price?
Yes. All crystal awards include engraving with text and/or artwork in one location. There are no hidden engraving fees.


Can I add my company logo to the award?
Yes. Most awards can include your company logo along with custom text. Logos are best submitted in black and white EPS format.

We ship all awards using UPS to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

What is your return policy?

All of our products are custom-made and engraved to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for orders where the customer has provided incorrect information or has changed their mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or contains an engraving error caused by us, we will replace the item at no additional cost. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide details and photos of the issue. What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be canceled prior to artwork approval. Orders may not be canceled after layout approval, which starts production of your order.
