Arrival dates, production and shipping

Your requested arrival date is not a confirmed delivery date. If you have a firm deadline, contact sales@crystalawardstore.com before ordering so we can confirm whether it can be met.

Proofs are emailed within two business days after we receive your complete engraving information and artwork. After proof approval, please allow 5–7 business days for production of orders under six awards. Larger orders require additional production time. Shipping time is additional and is not included in proof preparation or production time.

Shipping speed applies only after your order is ready to ship. Overnight or expedited shipping does not shorten proof preparation or production time and does not mean your award will arrive the day after you order.
